Snafi Driver support
Contact the Snafi team about driver accounts, trips, the wallet, and data requests.
The button only opens a WhatsApp conversation. It does not automatically send a message.
1. Support in the app
Open Menu, then Support in Snafi Driver to create a report and follow replies and attachments in your account. Include the related account, trip, or transaction reference when available.
2. Snafi WhatsApp support
Snafi support is available on WhatsApp at 0550088431, or +966550088431 with the country code. The WhatsApp button on this page only opens the conversation; it does not automatically send a message or perform an account action. It is a WhatsApp chat link, not a telephone-call link.
3. Privacy and data requests
For questions about your data, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact support in the app or email info@snafi.sa. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send support your verification code or sign-in credentials.
